New Practice management system Medtech Evolution

We are growing as a practice therefore we need to upgrade our computer practice management system to help everything run smoothly.
We are excited to announce we will be moving to the practice management system Medtech Evolution <>.

Our software upgrade will be installed on 25 March 2024 and we thank you for your patience and understanding while we get used to it.
What does this mean for you as a patient? The only difference it will make to you as a patient is that Medtech Evolution is not compatible with Health 365 and as a result we need to change our patient portal as well. 1. From 18 March 2024 your Health 365 portal will be completely inactive while we transfer to the new system. 2. Reception will be in contact with you regarding the new patient portal system, once our system is up and running smoothly. This should be about 8 April 2024.          

In the meantime, what to do to?

Make appointments
Ring reception on 094892011 and go through to line 2 to make an appointment.

Please be patient with reception at this time and expect longer wait queues on the phone as we will be dealing with a higher volume of calls.

We recommend calling us on our lower peak call times which are 10.30am-12.30pm or 1.30pm-3.00pm for booking appointments, unless it is for urgent same day appointments.

Order your repeat prescriptions.
Please call us on 094892011 and go through to our script line, line 1 and leave your repeat prescription voice message there.
It will prompt you with what details you will need to leave. Please remember to tell us which pharmacy you want it sent to.

Results For normal results - no news is good news. If you are looking for a copy of your results, please email a request through to reception at <>.
For any abnormal results, our medical assistants or clinicians will be in contact with you.

Online conversations There is no option for online conversations in our new patient portal at this stage.  Any queries please email through to reception on <>.  
Please never email anything urgent as it can take us up to 48 hours to respond to your email.
